Scene 7 is a compound developed by Arkam with a theme of sports. Where as most compounds have a shared club house. Scene 7 is based around a sports academy with great sports facilities. This makes it unique amongst the new capital compounds. Furthermore most compounds charge a fee for the Club House, but for Scene 7 and Scenario (the other compound by Arkam) residents, the various facilities of the Sports Academy can be accessed for free. This is a tremendous asset for you and/or your children.
Location
R7 is the seventh residential district in the new capital adjacent to the the Diplomatic District. It is part of the first phase of the New Administrative Capital Development which makes it a very important location for the future close to the centre of the Capital.
